Race details:
Race start: 2:15pm, please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the race.
Race Distance: 5 miles
Entry Fee : £5 per athlete.
Awards for the first three individuals and first three teams.
Meet at Kingsbury Free Church, Slough Lane, NW9 8QG in order to be escorted to the race start.
The race will be run under UKA rules.
Facilities:
Changing facilities are available in Kingsbury Free Church, Slough Lane, NW9 8QG.
There are no showers on site, but washing facilities and toilets are available.
Getting there:
There's no parking for runners at the church, though parking is available in the surrounding streets.
Be prepared to walk approximately 400 metres.
Do not park on grass verges – you will get a ticket.
Nearest tube is Kingsbury (Jubilee line)
