Track Reminder

Every Tuesday & Thursday, starting at 6.45pm

Please arrive by 6.40pm at the gate - they will be locked at 6:45, after which you will need to come in via the front desk in the sports centre.

If you are interested in helping out at track, chat to Alex Phillips or join our 'Track Session Volunteers' WhatsApp group (within the QPH WhatsApp community).

Don't forget, the last Tuesday of the month we head to Beer & Burger in Willesden Green after the track session. This is also when we congratulate one member of the month as voted by the committee, so please come along to celebrate.

Sunday Social Runs

The Sunday long runs are the perfect way to build your endurance and get to know other members of the club. Meet at 8.55am outside the café in Queen's Park for a 9am start.

We often finish there for a coffee afterwards.

We try not to repeat our routes too often so they offer plenty of variety.  Distances vary, often in the 10 to 15 mile region, but shorter or longer routes can be planned and all paces will be accommodated.

Any questions please don't hesitate to drop Gildas a message on WhatsApp or text and be sure to join the 'Sunday Social Run' WhatsApp group.

Committee Meetings

The QPH committee meets monthly, usually on the first Monday of the month, 7pm.  Any member is welcome to join and contribute, and joining these meetings can be a great first step in understanding what's involved in running the club and how you can get involved.

On Monday 13th October 2025 we are holding our AGM. Prior to this we are asking club members to a) vote on a few key figures remaining in roles for a second term and b) for nominations for new Club President. Voting closes at 8pm Sunday 5th October 2025. See the following document for information on voting and nominations:

WhatsApp Groups

We have a wealth of information in our WhatsApp groups, and lots of knowledgeable people happy to help out with anything club or running related.  And all those groups are handily gathered together in a single community so they're always easy to find and simple to dip in and out of.

We just ask that you stick to a few simple rules - so please:

  • Be courteous at all times

  • Keep it to running (unless the group is specifically *not* about running)

  • Use the private reply function whenever relevant

  • Remember there are often over 200 members in the groups so make sure every post is useful or interesting.

  • No posting late at night
