 By completing the following form you are registering for full member benefits and will be directed to complete payment of annual membership fee (£85) via the England Athletics portal.

Gender

Gender is required by England Athletics to ensure you are included in the appropriate classification when racing.

Why are you looking to join?

Place of Birth is required by some race organisers for entry into their events

A 50% concessionary rate is available. Please indicate if any of the following categories apply:

  • When you become a member of or renew your membership with Queen's Park Harriers you will automatically be registered as a member of England Athletics.​

  • We will provide England Athletics with your personal data which they will use to enable access to an online portal for you (called myAthletics).

  • England Athletics will contact you to invite you to sign into and update your MyAthletics portal (which, amongst other things, allows you to set and amend your privacy settings).

  • If you have any questions about the continuing privacy of your personal data when it is shared with England Athletics, please contact dataprotection@englandathletics.org.

  1. I hereby declare that I am an amateur according to the rules of UK Athletics

  2. I agree to uphold the rules of Queen's Park Harriers and the reputation of the sport

  3. I am, as far as I know, fit to take part in strenuous activity
